Geek. Fangirl. A place for stuff and nonsense.

At the moment, expect to see a lot of Dragon Age and Avengers, mixed with a little Vampire Diaries, Doctor Who, and Game of Thrones/ASoIaF. And musicians, always musicians.

Question for fanartists/writers

janiejanine:

Do you share your work with friends/family/significant others? Or do you prefer to keep your fandom life separate from your personal life?

I’ve been extremely lucky - for many years, my offline friends have been the same as my online friends. These days, the only really close RL friend I have that I didn’t meet through one fandom or another is my cousin/BFF. (And she knows about my fic and has read it on occasion, though she’s not in fandom at all.)

… but otherwise, I get together with most of my close RL friends every Wednesday night to do crafts talk about porn and badfic. It’s pretty awesome, and I am constantly grateful for it. :D
